Q: What is the schedule for the event?
A: The event will follow this schedule:

7:30 AM: Check-in for teams begins. Breakfast served.

8:45 AM: Safety Meeting.

9:00 AM: Shooting begins.

12:00 AM Until: Lunch served

1:30 PM: Live Auction.

2:30 PM: Awards Presentation.

3:00 PM: Silent Auction and Raffle Drawings.
Registration and Participation
Q: Do I need to register for the event?
A: Yes, all participants must register and sign the Hold Harmless Agreement.
Volunteers
Q: How can I volunteer for the event?
A: Volunteers can register at the volunteer tent and sign up for available duties.
Safety Guidelines
Q: Are there any safety requirements?
A: Yes, safety is a top priority:

All shooters must attend the safety briefing prior to their flight and follow all instructions throughout the event.

Firearms must remain unloaded with the breech in an open position at all times, except when a shooter is on the stand for their round.
-
No alcohol consumption by shooters prior to completing all their stations.
-
Ammunition should only be loaded into firearms when on the shooting stand.
-
UTVs and Golf Carts must be operated responsibly.
What to Bring
Q: What should I bring to the event?
A: Please bring the following items:

Shotgun

Eye and ear protection

Sunscreen

Rain gear (just in case)

UTVs or Golf Carts for transportation around the course are highly recommended. (ATVs are not allowed).
Q: Will golf carts be available for rent at the event?
A: Yes. Golf cart rentals are available and can be purchased and reserved on our registration page for $150. Because of the length and location of the course at Covey Rise Lodge, carts will be required for all teams. You are welcome to bring your own cart or UTV (no ATV's).
Course Details
Q: What is provided on the course?
A: The following will be provided:

12 gauge or 20 gauge ammunition will be provided to each shooter at registration.

Water, food, and restroom facilities at various stations on the course.

Team photos will be taken at a designated station.
Q: What should I do after completing my flight?
A: After your flight:

Continue to follow all safety procedures until firearms are safely stored.

Complete your scorecards and turn them in at the registration tent.
